BERMONDSEY'S Southern Area featherweight champion Phil Lunilgren, next in line for a crack at Howard

scintillating rounds of skill and fire, with Lundgren collecting the points in a contest acclaimed highly by all
critics and fans.

THE Scottish A.B.A. W e s t e r n and Eastern District championships, which
took place in Glasgow (November 14 and 21) and Edinburgh (November
16 and 23) did not a t t r a c t as many entries this year as previously.
Nevertheless, there was plenty of keen competition and several promising
prospects came to the fore.
