TONIGHT THOSE FANS who can't get to Wembley tonight will be
gathered round their TV sets at 10.35 pm, when BBC-1
start fheir coverage of the ABA finals. This is the outstanding
night of the year as far as the amateurs are
concerned. The big incentive for the men at Wembley is
to be chosen for the European Championships at Madrid
in June. But because a boxer wins an ABA title it does
not necessarily follow that he will be selected.
