Hatton ponders
RICKY HATTON hasn't yet decided on his next move or who
his promoter will be. The world light-weltereweight champion
(pictured) is being courted by promoters on both sides of the
Atlantic and may yet renew his deal with Frank Warren in
England.

Lee's delay
ANDY LEE'S professional debut won't be in Auburn
Hills, Michigan tomorrow (Aug 13) as planned. Andy
(above) will now debut on the September 24 Atlantic
City bill featuring Wladimir Klitschko-Samuel Peter.
The Atlantic City show also features Miguel Cotto's
next defence of the WBO light-welterweight title,
against Italian Glanluca Branco.

WORCESTER - May 6
INJURIES and late withdrawals
reduced the programme to just six
bouts, but the Worcester Rotarians
annual show, staged at Worcester
Racecourse in conjunction with
Droitwich ABC, was a resounding
success.
