Reports of Roy Jones boxing Joe Calzaghe are not
just talk. Frani< Warren, Calzaghe's promoter, said
discussions are on-going and that Jones would like
the fight to be In Britain.
This was confirmed by Jones' lawyer Stanley Levin, who
said: "Roy has authorised me to contact Frank Warren for
the purpose of seeing if we can make a fight against
Calzaghe in London in November."
FORMER boxer Danny O'Brien is terminally ill
with cancer and finding it hard financially. A
dance, from 8pm until late, will be held on
October 14 at the Corrib Rest Public House in
Salusbury Road, Kilbum NW6, the proceeds from
which will be used to help Danny.
