NASEEM HAMED'S July 18 defence of the WBO featherweight title
could be in Las Vegas. Promoter Frank Warren has made an application
to the Nevada State Commission to promote a show there on that
date.
A possible future Hamed foe, Wayne McCullough, is expected to continue
his comeback on May 19 in Corpus Christi, Texas where Robert
McCracken had been expected to box William James until he suffered a
rib injury in sparring.

BRITISH welterweight champion Geoff McCreesh, whose next
