medical grounds.

Windy City, but it will be over 10

DON KING'S lawyers are
arguing that the promoter's
testimony from an insurance
fraud trial in 1995 - which ended
in a hung jury - should not be
used by prosecutors when the
trial starts again in September.
Michael Quinn, King's lawyer,
said King was acting on behalf of
himself and not his company
when he testified and that anything
he said should be inadmissible.
King faces up to 45 years in
prison and a $2.2m fine if found
guilty of defrauding Lloyds of
London.
FORMER WBA welterweight

though Small is also pencilled in
for a 10-rounder against ex-lBF
lightweight king GREG HAUGEN
in Tacoma, Washington 11 days
earlier.
