FRENCH veteran Joel Bonnetaz (list 8V^lbs)
flopped to defeat in the third of a scheduled 10-rounds
join main event against unbeaten middleweight Errol
Christie. The match was pathetic, in bleak contrast to

KEITH WALLACE got safely through his comeback
fight at bantamweight against Spaniard
ESTEBAN EGUIA when he took a hard contested
points win over 10 rounds at the
Bloomsbury Crest Hotel.

THE Triumph Works was packed to
the rafters in keen anticipation of the
Midland ABA (South Zone) Final between
Tony Wilson (Wolverhampton)
and Jim Moran (Austin).

thunder clash in which Wilson took
several good shots from the Birmingham
lad, but he hung on to claim
victory.
